Wendy's is the brand on this site most defined by where it is not. Its international estate is small relative to McDonald's or Burger King, so overseas menus are typically a trimmed core rather than a full range, and in Australia the name belongs to an unrelated domestic business entirely.
It is also one of only two brands here to have left a market and returned: Wendy's re-entered Britain in 2021 after roughly two decades away, this time with delivery built in from the start.
The chili is its most comparable product, priced across five markets from about $1.24 in Malaysia to $4.63 in Australia. A chili on a burger menu is unusual anywhere, and it has survived every localisation Wendy's has attempted.
